One of the services we provide is the Workplace Nursing Program. Our RNs travel to the employers’ workplace. Once there, they review with the employer representative the variety of services we can provide.
Some of the services we offer include, screening clients such as:
• blood pressure
• Influenza clinics (flu shots)
• hearing tests
• professional RN foot care
• disability management (STD and LTD)
• health consultations
• pre-placement exams
• return to work programs
• organization of Health & Safety committees and more.
We would like to propose providing the Workplace Nursing Program at your business for 4 hours per week for a 6 to 12 month period. Before we begin providing the agreed-upon services we would conduct a survey with your employees to see how these services may benefit them and how they feel about the services they will be receiving. We would also gather productivity criteria regarding absenteeism rates, average sick time days and return to work after injury time frames.
Near the completion of the initial trial period, we would conduct a follow-up survey asking the same questions of the employees and reviewing the productivity criteria with the employer. This gives the employer valuable information in order to judge the success of the program and to decide if it should be expanded. If at any time during the Trial Period you wish to increase or discontinue the Workplace Nursing Program you are free to do so.
