WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are currently looking for PSW’s (Personal Support Workers). PSW’s will assist clients with the following:
- Personal Care
- Light Housekeeping
- Meal Preparation
- Respite Care
- We work alongside nurses, social workers and family members to create detailed client care plans, and to provide excellent quality care in our communities.
PSW requirements:
- PSW/PCA certificate and/or equivalent
- First Aid/CPR (can be obtained 30 days after hire)
- Criminal Record Check
- Social Development Background Check
If you do not have a PSW/PCA certificate, you can enrol in the PSW course with Integrity, and work while you learn! Our program offers all of the knowledge you’ll need to succeed in the industry!

- Flexible Schedule
- Rate of pay: Up to $20/hour. If you are a certified PSW/PCA we start you at our top rate! We also pay .57 cents per KM for all travel to and from clients for all Social Development clients!
